Due to the so-called on the August long weekend, we kindly inform you that on August 14, 2023, the Customer Service Center will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

At the same time, we would like to inform you that there will be restrictions on the domestic and international service:

Domestic Shipping Service

On August 14, the collection and distribution service will be limited to 50 km from the Branch.

Shipments sent on August 11 and August 14 will have an extended delivery date due to limited distribution.

International shipping service

In the period from 11.08 -16.08 we are planning an International Bulk Service, taking into account driving bans as below:

• shipments scheduled for collection on 10.08 (Thursday) depart as planned via our international lines on Fri. 11.08. Transit time +2 business days (FR +2-3 business days)
• shipments scheduled for collection on August 11 (Fri) leave by international lines on Mon. 14.08 or Wed. 16.08. Transit time +2 business days (FR +2-3 business days)
• shipments scheduled for collection on August 14 (Mon.) leave by international lines on Wed. 16.08 / Thu. 17.08. Transit time +2 working days
• on August 15 (Tue) holiday - no service
• shipments scheduled for collection on August 16 (Wed.) leave by international lines according to the normal service plan and have a normal transit time

Bearing in mind our service, we ask you to schedule larger shipments for collection by 10.08 (Thurs.) or from (Wed.) 16.08 to avoid clogging our warehouses.
