Dear Customers,
Due to the so-called May long weekend, we would like to inform you that there will be restrictions on both domestic and international service:

Domestic shipment service:
On 02.05 the collection and delivery service will be limited and adapted to the distribution capacity.
Shipments sent on 29.04 - 30.04 will have an extended delivery date due to distribution restrictions, the piling up of shipments during this period, as well as the availability of shippers and receivers.

International parcel service:
During May Day'24, we are planning an International Parcel Service taking into account driving bans from 30.04 - 03.05 as follows:
- shipments scheduled for collection on 26.04 (Fri.) will depart as planned on our international lines on Mon. 29.04 or according to the agreed departure schedule for the line. Transit time will be extended by +2 working days.
- shipments scheduled for collection on 29.04 (Mon.) depart as planned on our international lines on Tues. 30.04 / Monday 06.05. Transit time will be extended by +2-3 working days.
- shipments scheduled for pickup on 30.04 (Tue) depart on our international lines on Mon 06.05 / Tue 07.05. Transit time +2-3 working days .

- On 02.05 collection of parcels limited - International lines do not leave on this day. Transit time +2 working days.
- on 01.05 and 03.05 holiday - no service.
- shipments scheduled for pickup on 06.05 (Mon.) depart via international lines on Tues. 07.05. Normal service and TT - except CZ, SK where 8.05 is a holiday. TT for these countries will be extended by +2 working days. - for shipments received 06.05-09.05
-Because of the holiday in FR on 08.05-09.05 (Thurs) and long weekend in FR, our FR line will not depart to FR on 07.05/08.05. We will try to send it on 09.05. Transit time for shipments received on 06.05-09.05 to FR will be extended by +2-3 working days.
-On 09.05 (Thurs) there is a holiday in AT, DE, BE, NL, CH + Scandinavia. This means that there will be a long weekend in these countries and quite a few customers will be closed. 
Our lines to DE will not depart on Thurs 09.05, but only on Fri 10.05. As a result, transit times for shipments received between 06.05-09.05 in the AT, DE, BE, NL, CH and Scandinavia directions will be extended by +1-3 working days.
 Please plan your shipment by 26.04 (Fri) or from (Mon) 06.05 to avoid storage costs with us.

*For PL export shipments sent on Tues. 30.04. there will be storage costs - the goods will be at the Geis warehouse for a minimum of 5 calendar days.
