Dear Customers, 

Due to the so-called long June weekend, we kindly inform you that on 09.06.2023 the Customer Service Centre will be open from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm.  

At the same time, we would like to inform you that there will be restrictions on both domestic and international service: 

Domestic parcel service:
On 09.06 the collection and distribution service will be limited to 50 km from the Branch.
Shipments posted on 07.06 and 09.06 will have an extended delivery time due to the distribution restriction. 

International parcel service: 
Due to the Holiday of 08.06 in Germany, Austria, Poland, transit times for shipments to these destinations will be extended. 
Accordingly, we are planning an International Parcel Service from 06.06 - 12.06 taking into account the driving bans as follows: 

- shipments scheduled for pickup on 06.06 (Tuesday) will depart as planned on our international lines on Wednesday 07.06. Transit time +2 working days 
- shipments scheduled for collection on 07.06 (Wednesday) depart on our international lines on Friday 09.06 or Monday 12.06. Transit time +2 working days 
- holiday on 08.06 - no service 
- shipments scheduled for pick up on 09.06 (Friday) depart via international lines on Monday 12.06. Transit time +1 working day due to expected backlog of goods at partners. 
- Shipments scheduled for collection on 12.06 (Monday) depart via international lines on Tuesday 13.06. Normal service and TT.
