The Geis Group is intensively developing its activities in the field of comprehensive logistics services on the Polish market. Currently, all orders in Poland are handled by around 500 specialists in 25 branches and specialised logistics departments. The systematic expansion of its customer portfolio has prompted the company to look for a larger location with modern warehouse facilities.  It is currently modernising and relocating distribution terminals in Bydgoszcz and Szczecin, and in the fourth quarter of this year it will start operating a cross-dock terminal in the distribution park in Grodzisk Mazowiecki near Warsaw.

Under the signed agreement, the tenant will use 4053 sq m of warehouse space and 912 sq m of office and staff space. As many as 41 loading docks will be available to Geis Group, as well as an optimised cross-dock warehouse.

Distribution Park Grodzisk is located near the A2 motorway, connecting Warsaw with Berlin. The complex consists of 2 warehouse and office buildings with a total area of 29,112 sqm. The park includes a cross-dock platform, and standard warehouses with a height of 10.5m. Hines Polska acts as asset manager and property manager.
