Change in the position of Managing Director at Geis PL

As of February 1, 2025, the position of Managing Director - Vice President of the Management Board was assumed by Paweł Golec, until now Proxy and Chief Operating Officer of Geis PL.

Paweł Golec is an experienced manager with nearly thirty years of experience in the TSL industry. In his career, he has passed through almost all levels in operational structures, so he is well acquainted with the world of transport and logistics.  He has worked for companies such as Raben, Stolica, Siódemka and Kolporter Express. The skills he gained allowed him to effectively build and manage processes at every stage. Since 2015 he has been associated with Geis PL, where he played a key role in the development of the brand on the Polish market, being responsible for the efficiency of the entire operational network and creating the highest standards of operation.

As Managing Director - Vice President, Golec will focus on further dynamic business development in Poland, optimizing processes and improving service quality in cooperation with Adam Kwiatkowski, Vice President of Geis PL.

- I am based on the assumption that nothing is impossible, there are only challenges. On a daily basis, I focus on efficiency, cooperation and quality service - these are the foundations of the success of our organization. I always approach my work with great passion and commitment. I am glad that I can share this approach with such a great team as there is at Geis PL - says Paweł Golec, Vice President of Geis PL.

The change of management in Poland and last year's acquisitions by Geis Group of Kruger and Gras branches in Germany are the result of the Group's dynamic growth in recent years. In Poland, the company is successfully increasing its share of the domestic groupage market, which provides a solid basis for offering its customers advanced services also in the field of international pallet shipments.
